How Pickup and Delivery Works
1. Schedule Your Pickup
Call (480) 405-1296 or send the form. Let us know where you are, how many rugs you have, and their rough sizes, and we will set a pickup time that works for you.
2. We Pick Up Your Rug
We roll your rug for transport instead of folding it, so the foundation is not creased and the pile is not crushed. If you have several rugs, we take them all in one trip.
3. Inspection and Price
Before any cleaning starts, each rug is measured and inspected. We note stains, pet areas, and any damage, and we confirm the price with you first. Nothing is done without your OK.
4. Hand Washing
Your rug is dusted to remove embedded desert grit, then fully hand washed, rinsed until the water runs clear, and dried flat. The method is matched to the rug, so a silk rug is handled differently than a wool rug or a Navajo weaving.
5. Free Delivery
About a week after pickup, we deliver your rug back to your home, clean and groomed, at no charge.

Call (480) 405-1296 before you come so someone is there to receive your rug and look it over with you. When it is ready, you can pick it up yourself or we can deliver it back for free.
How to Get Your Rug Ready for Pickup
Clear the rug. Move chairs, tables, and other furniture off the rug before we arrive if you can.
Skip the spot cleaners. Store-bought spot cleaners can set stains and make pet urine odor harder to remove. If there has been a recent accident, blot it with plain water and paper towels and leave the rest to us. Our pet stain and odor removal treats urine at the foundation, not just the surface.
Point out problem areas. Tell us about stains, pet accidents, worn spots, or signs of moth damage so we check those areas closely during inspection.
Mention anything special. If the rug is antique, silk, or has sentimental value, let us know when you schedule.
